This piece intends to carapace of minds of people who are only with the common belief that one could only achieve success through hardworking, seriousness and as well as prayer. Though I will say these factors are the very important in achieving success, one major agent that compliments the aforementioned agents of success is "SPORTMANSHIP".

We need to realise that our whole life is a never ending with people, but we are social animal. Our day to day activities be it for fun or work solidly depends on another person to some extent and that is the reason why one needs to make every interaction or relationship with others a positive one, so that is can be of benefits to party involve.

It might sounds insensitive or heartless to say, that you want to use another person for your success, but it is never a crime or sin only if you allow yourself to be used by another person for his or her own success also. A very good example of this is a business transaction scenario in which both parties involve use each other. This is because, the buyer is using the seller to satisfy his own desire while the seller on the other hand, uses the buyer to make profit.

Working with people with the spirit of sportsmanship requires a mutual understanding and developing a true relationship with others and this could be done by inculcating the four-success way into your lifestyle.

The first step into working with people is to ADOPT LITTLE THING: There are some things that make everybody to develop interest in a person, if such person is the type who adopt those little things. Little things like say 'thank you' could build a mansion for you in the other person's heart, what does it cost you to admire the other person hair cut, efforts and other things worth appreciating.

Secondly, BE DIPLOMATIC IN DEALING WITH OTHER PERSON

BE THE NEVER OFFENDED TYPE
Though there is no how one could be into a relationship or association with others without dispute or misunderstanding ensuing but, whatever the case may be, develop a personal attitude of not being offended. Never allow your emotion to control you.

In conclusion, if you adopt to work with others by inculcating the factors mentioned above in your day to day activities and dealing with others, then you are surely going to benefit from others and have your successful ways through them. The spirit of sportsmanship helps one to attain success quickly than working alone.
