At at yesterday I was saying something. I said we are now in the second quarter of the league, this will see all team putting up their best performance as they don't in any wants to be relegated. This is making the English premier league very interesting. The battle is not for the team battling with relegation zone only, it implies to those who wants to qualify for next season champions league and those that wants to qualify for the Europa league.
Checking on the English premier league standing we will see that Manchester city have already qualified for the upcoming Uefa champions league. They are the only team that have cemented their position. The rest team are still struggling to cement their spot. Well, it is only when the league has ended that we can see the team that qualifys.
As a team, if you are aiming to make an impact you should know that from now till the English premier league finishes you should not loose any match. If you keeps dropping point it might be difficult to see your team qualifying for the Uefa champions league, Europa league or getting out of the relegation zone.
Before I talk about the Manchester United draw, there is something I just noticed recently. I have not been following news about some other league for long time now. I was reading and checking on how the various league are operating but was really shocked by what I saw. Let us talk about Seria A first.
I have really enjoyed what Romelu Lukaku has grown into. His performance is top notch and he just can't stop scoring. He is so on point and very powerful and energetic. His performance has really gotten me amazed, this is really interesting. With him inter Milan are now topping Seria A table followed by Ac Milan and Juventus fc. Juventus fc are behind them with 6 point. This might be a big task for Inter Milan because much pressure are now on them. Every body arr focusing on them to see if they will lift the trophy or not. They just have to be focus and dedicated to achieve this.
Ligue 1 is another league that has also surprise me this season. Lille have a lot to prove if Lille wants to lift the trophy. The point difference between them and Paris Saint German is very close so this might be challenging. They just have to hold on tight if not Paris Saint German will over take them.
Bundesliga is another challenging league right now. Back then it use to be Bayern Munich winning the league all the time. This season sees Leipzig challenging them to that. This makes it competitive. I am enjoying what am seeing.
The Spanish league see's Atletico madrid topping the Spanish league. I was thinking it will be Barcelona fc that was topping the Spanish not until I take a look at the table and was surprised. This is really interesting as this season looks like it will be changing hands. If other team lift this trophy, it will be interesting. If all this continues, the various league will be entertaining. Like I always says, the better side should win.
Returning back to the English premier league, we have Manchester city topping the chart while Manchester United on second position following them. Manchester United as at this stage suppose to know that they don't need to loose nor draw. This will give their rival more point over them. We know that Crystal palace is a strong team but despite that, Manchester United should have tried their possible best to get a win. This drop has given Manchester city more edge. I think at this stage we should certified them winners of the English premier league.
There is no way any team can stop Manchester city again, they are far away on point. When Manchester United was topping the English premier league, I wrote a post letting them knows that Manchester city is not like Arsenal, Chelsea fc or Liverpool fc that will drop when they are topping the English premier league table. Once Manchester city is ahead, just forget about that league. Let us keep observing to see how the English premier league will end but I have zero my mind as I confirmed them winners. This is because their team is full of momentum and that spirit has lead them into the consistent winning.
