En días pasados notamos que al carro le empezó un sonido algo leve y poco perceptible, pero no lo pasamos por alto porque ahora siempre estamos pendiente de cuanto sonido nuevo le sintamos al carro, después de tantas cosas que nos han pasados y los gastos que hemos tenido que cubrir por dejar pasar la revision y corrección de estas cosas, aprendimos que debemos estar atentos constantemente, ya mis hijos y esposa están entrenados.

In recent days we noticed that the car started to make a slight and not very noticeable sound, but we did not overlook it because now we are always aware of any new sound we feel in the car, after so many things that have happened to us and the expenses we have had to cover for missing the review and correction of these things, we learned that we must be constantly attentive, and my children and wife are trained.
Este sonido no sabíamos exactamente de donde venia, asi que tomamos una manguera y aplicamos la vieja técnica de colocar un extremos en donde creemos que proviene el sonido y el otro en nuestro oido, asi poco a poco fuimos aproximándonos a su posible origen. Como el año pasado reemplazamos el kit de embrague, pensamos que quizas el sonido provenia del collarin, pero resulta que el sonido dejaba de escucharse cuando pisaba el pedal del embrague.
This sound we didn't know exactly where it was coming from, so we took a hose and applied the old technique of placing one end where we think the sound is coming from and the other in our ear, so little by little we were getting closer to its possible origin. Since last year we replaced the clutch kit, we thought that maybe the sound was coming from the clutch collar, but it turned out that the sound stopped when I stepped on the clutch pedal.
En ese instante supimos que no se trataba de nada relacionado con el kit de embrague, porque al pisar el pedal del clucth no hay transferencia de movimiento a la caja de cambios como se puede observar en el gif de al lado. Pasaron los dias y el sonido se hizo mas intenso, fue cuando comprendimos que la caja de cambios debía ser bajada para revisar y con exactitud saber la razón del sonido.
At that moment we knew that it was nothing related to the clutch kit, because when the clutch pedal is pressed there is no transfer of movement to the gearbox as can be seen in the gif on the side. Days went by and the sound became more intense, that's when we understood that the gearbox had to be lowered to check and know exactly the reason for the sound.
Como ultimo descarte revisamos el nivel de aceite de la caja, retiramos el tapón y notamos que quizás le faltaba medio litro, compre el aceite y se lo colocamos con la esperanza de que dejara de sonar, pero continuó sonando, así que nuestros miedo se hicieron realidad, porque no soy especialista en cajas de cambios ni manuales ni automáticas, debía pagar por este trabajo, en una época donde la economía familiar no es la mejor, solo la mano de obra eran 120$ USD.
Usamos el carro lo menos que pudimos hasta que por fin reunimos el dinero para la mano de obra y los posibles repuestos. El mecanico de confianza bajo la caja, los tripoides y ambas ruedas, aprovechamos la ocasión para cambiar la estopera del cigueñal y las gomas que recubren las puntas de tripoide.
As a last discard we checked the oil level of the gearbox, we removed the cap and noticed that maybe half a liter was missing, we bought the oil and put it in hoping that it would stop ringing, but it continued ringing, so our fear came true, because I am not a specialist in manual or automatic gearboxes, I had to pay for this work, at a time when the family economy is not the best, only the labor was $ 120 USD.
We used the car as little as we could until we finally raised the money for labor and possible spare parts. The trusted mechanic took down the box, the tripoids and both wheels, we took the opportunity to change the crankshaft and the rubbers that cover the tripoid tips.

Al desarmar la caja me impresionó muchísimo la condición del aceite y el sucio y sedimentos, esta caja esta original de fabrica y según la propietaria anterior que es al primera dueña, jamas le cambio el aceite de la caja a un carro del año 2013.

Por fortuna ninguno de los ejes presentaba un gran desgaste y menos los engranes de cada uno de los cambios, todo se veía muy bien para tener tantos años con el mismo aceite y haber recorrido mas de 200 mil kilometros.

Así que se evaluaron los rodamientos de la caja y efectivamente uno de ellos ya había perdido varias de las esferas internas y sus respectivos retener, gracias a dios todo estaba sujeto por el imán que se encuentra al fondo de la caja para que no afecte a los engranes.

Al final el repuesto fue un rodamiento de No. 6205 que realmente es muy común, incluso se le puede encontrar en muchos motores eléctricos y su costo es de solo 5$, asi que el gasto mas fuerte fue en la mano de obra, gracias a Dios nada mas resulta afectado y se pudo resolver a tiempo.
In the end the spare part was a bearing No. 6205 which is really very common, you can even find it in many electric motors and its cost is only 5$, so the biggest expense was in labor, thank God nothing else is affected and it could be solved in time.

Que satisfactorio encontrar con falla y poder solucionar para dejar andar nuestro vehículo de nuevo es gratificante.
Si, en mi caso el carro andaba pero estaba en sonido presente, hasta que llegues tuve en dinero para solucionar.
Jajaja creo que duele más escuchar el sonido que estar sin andar en mi caso particular.
