Me gustaría compartir con ustedes este trabajo que realicé hace poco en el taller.
Un cliente me trajo un arranque de Mercedes Benz Sprinter para hacerle mantenimiento.
Hello friends of Hive Motors it is a pleasure to be here again.
I would like to share with you this work that I recently did in the workshop.
A customer brought me a Mercedes Benz Sprinter starter for maintenance.
Este arranque está bueno solo es un mantenimiento para alargar su vida vida útil.
Para realizar el mantenimiento utilicé pocas herramientas , acá se las describo.
This starter is good just a maintenance to extend its useful life.
I used only a few tools to perform this maintenance.
To perform the maintenance I used few tools, here I describe them.
- Un rache de cuadrante ⅜
- Un rache de cuadrante ¼
- Una extención mediana de cuadrante ¼
- Un dado 5/16 de cuadrante ⅜
- Un dado Tor # 5.5 de cuadrante ¼
- Un dado Tor # 8 de cuadrante ¼
- Un dado largo ½ de cuadrante ⅜
- Grasa azul
* A ⅜-quadrant rachet.
A ¼" quadrant rachet
One ¼" median quadrant stention ¼
One 5/16th quadrant die ⅜
One ¼" Tor # 5.5 quadrant die
One Tor # 8 quadrant die ¼
One long die ½ of quadrant ⅜
Blue grease
Empecé separándolo en dos cuerpos , la tapa con el automático por un lado y por el otro el inducido con la camisa y los carbones.
I started by separating it into two bodies, the cover with the automatic on one side and on the other side the armature with the jacket and the carbons.
Después de la separación de los dos cuerpos , seguí desarmando con mucho cuidado porque hay piezas muy delicadas
After the separation of the two bodies, I continued disassembling very carefully because there are very delicate parts
Ya estando separado los dos cuerpos , procedí a desarmar el cuerpo # 2.
Este cuerpo está compuesto por varias piezas , acá se las describo.

- Orquídea impulsora

- Engranajes

Already having separated the two bodies , I proceeded to disassemble the body # 2.
This body is composed of several pieces , here I describe them.
- Starter cover
- Automatic
- Bendi
- Drive orchid
- Shaft
- Gear
- Shaft
Luego procedí a desarmar el cuerpo # 1 , aquí les nombro cada pieza que lo componen.
- Inducido
- Camisa
- Campos magnéticos
- Tapa trasera
- Carbones
Then I proceeded to disassemble the body # 1 , here I name each piece that compose it.
- Inducer
- Shirt
- Magnetic fields
- Rear cover
- Charcoals
Ahora a lavar todo , ojo no es difícil pero si hay que hacerlo con mucho cuidado.
Now to wash everything , it is not difficult but you have to do it very carefully.
Después de lavar , seque cada pieza.
After washing, dry each piece.
hay que tener mucho cuidado con el Bendi porque no le puede caer gasolina , les aclaro que acá en Venezuela se usa gasolina o gasoil para lavar cualquier pieza de mecánica.
Si le cae gasolina al Bendi se puede dañar y no queremos eso , se puede usar un trapo húmedo con gasolina.
You have to be very careful with the Bendi because you can not drop gasoline on it, I clarify that here in Venezuela gasoline or diesel fuel is used to wash any mechanical part.
If you drop gasoline on the Bendi it can be damaged and we do not want that, you can use a damp cloth with gasoline.

Lubricate the gears
Ya los dos cuerpos están limpios y listos para unirlos
The two bodies are now clean and ready to be joined together
