Dear friends once again here with a new delivery for you in this opportunity I will show you all the maintenance that was performed to the school transportation of the school of revenga which has a project with @valueplan.in the following link I leave you the publication of the diagnosis made.
If you saw the previous publication we talked about performing a good preventive maintenance to ensure the operability of the school transportation.
The first thing that was done was to disassemble the radiator to correct the coolant leak, to take the specialized center disassembled the radiator cleaned all the ducts at once and made the welds at the base of one of the tanks that is where the loss was.
While they were performing the radiator work I continued to move forward with the rest of the maintenance such as:
Engine oil change, this engine is diesel and being modern uses oil 15w40 ultra diesel and uses the amount of 9 liters, for this replacement use Mobil brand oil the container comes in 1 gallon presentation and is black but the curious thing is that the oil is red, that is unusual here in the country, but I tell you that I was amazed with the product because it has very good detergent agents that the engine lasts about a week without dirtying the carbon oil (those who have worked with diesel know that these engines are dirtier and that the oil looks clean for a short time).
I performed the replacement of all filters and purchased them from an authorized agent looking for the best quality and located them original.
After this perform service to the fuel line and its filters both the water trap and line filter so that optimum performance is maintained.
Once replaced the filters and checked the fuel line proceeds to purge with a pump that has the injection pump to remove the air that could grab the system, if the engine starts without performing this purge to consume the diesel that is in the system and then is quite the job to load the system again.
At the end of this process I checked the front axle and replace the front shock absorbers.
I also got the original shocks at the authorized agent, on the other hand when replacing the shocks I got a failure in the stabilizer bar where the rubber on one side was absent causing noise and instability when driving, these tires were replaced at once despite not being in the budget.
Lastly perform the replacement of the air filter which I consider the most tedious to perform as you have to remove a protective plate to access it.
Already ready the transport made a test drive and delivered it to the school where the workers contributed by making a good general cleaning washing every corner and saving to provide an excellent service to students.

Queridos amigos una vez más por aquí con una nueva entrega para ustedes en esta oportunidad les mostraré todo el mantenimiento que se le realizó al transporte escolar de la escuela de revenga la cuál tiene un proyecto con @valueplan.en el siguiente enlace les dejo la publicación del diagnóstico realizado.
Si vieron la publicación anterior se habló de realizar un buen mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar la operatividad del transporte escolar.
Lo primero que se hizo fue desmontar el radiador para corregir la fuga de refrigerante, al llevar al centro especializado desarmaron el radiador limpiaron todos los conductos de una vez y realizaron las soldaduras en la base de uno de los tanques que es por dónde estaba la perdida.
Mientras realizaban el trabajo al radiador seguí avanzando con el resto del mantenimiento como:
Cambio de aceite del motor, este motor es diesel y al ser moderno utiliza aceite 15w40 ultra diesel y utiliza la cantidad de 9 litros, para este reemplazo utilice aceite marca Mobil el envase viene en presentación de 1 galón y es de color negro pero lo curioso es que el aceite es de color rojo, eso es poco habitual aquí en el país, pero les cuento que quede maravillado con el producto pues posee muy buenos agentes detergentes que el motor duro como una semana sin ensuciar el aceite de carbón ( quienes han trabajado con diesel saben que esos motores son más sucios y que el aceite se ve limpio poco tiempo).
Realice el reemplazo de todos los filtros y los compré en un agente autorizado buscando la mejor calidad y los ubique originales.
Luego de esto realice servicio a la línea de combustible y sus filtros tanto la trampa de agua como el filtro de línea para que se mantenga el óptimo funcionamiento.
Una vez reemplazados los filtros y chequeada la línea de combustible se procede a purgar con un bombín que posee la bomba de inyección para sacar el aire que pudo agarrar el sistema, si el motor se enciende sin realizar esta purga al consumir el diesel que está en el sistema y después es bastante el trabajo para cargar el sistema de nuevo.
Al terminar este proceso me abocó a chequear el tren delantero y realizar el reemplazo de los amortiguadores delanteros.
Los amortiguadores también los conseguí originales en el agente autorizado, por otra parte al reemplazar los amortiguadores me conseguí con una falla en la barra estabilizadora dónde las gomas de uno de los lados estaba ausente ocasionando ruido e inestabilidad al andar, dichas gomas se reemplazaron de una vez a pesar de no estar en el presupuesto.
Por último realice el reemplazo del filtro de aire que considero es el más tedioso de realizar ya que hay que remover una plancha de protección para poder acceder a el.
Ya listo el transporte realizó una prueba de manejo y se lo entrego al colegio donde el personal obrero contribuyó realizando una buena limpieza general lavando cada rincón y guardando para prestar un excelente servicio a los estudiantes.

Que gran trabajo @soychalbed tremenda labor social, que bueno que te hayan confiado esta tarea, por tus publicaciones se que eres un gran técnico, ahora se que eres un persona de buen corazón dispuesto a servir. Definitivamente la unidad necesitaba que se le metiera una manito, pero estoy seguro que quedo muy bien, ya saldrán otras cosas que permitirán ponerla al 100%
