Letting frustration reside inside us makes us vulnerable to several other negative effects. We start having tantrums. Our focus is distorted. I think what you did at that time makes sense. You were disturbed and so the others were supposed to know that they were the reason for someone's discomfort

We become vulnerable when we allow frustration resides in us without taking steps to release ourselves from it. Thank you for reading and agreeing with my step in ensuring I wasn´t too distorted but went to make them stop.
