i thought i want to share with you guys the very recent journal spreads i made.
i just played with the stickers and blitz that were in my bag, as i did not bring the whole deck of stationery stuff with me.
the coffee place was really inspiring me to be creative thus i was able to play around these journal items and create these spreads.
here are some random bullet points on what i think about as someone who is single(as i am single, i know no one's asking, but i am just laying it out there just in case lol) and a few pieces of advice i can give you all (some thoughts i had last birthday celeb this year that i never got to post, so here you go):
- life is so much more than romantic relationships. Stop romanticizing romance as if you'd die without it. I know! The TV, social media, the entertainment biz, the whole advertisement are to be blamed for getting us all hopeless romantics getting sucked up into these unrealistic ideas of romance. When in reality - the "ideal" men and women in films/movies/series/books are VERY FAR FROM the real ones we encounter on a daily basis.
- you do not need an external validation to feel valid/value - your worth/value is inherent when you are born in this Earth.
- there is never a "too late" point when it comes to romantic relationshoips. Que sera sera ~ whatever will be will be. After all, human standards are not the best standards to live up to.
- it is liberating when you do not move around the stages of your life waiting on someone else's plan or time or goals.
- wake up. You are in real life. There are no prince charmings out here. There are no princesses waiting to be kissed. As a matter of fact as of this writing, Cinderella and the Prince are getting divorced because, AND GET THIS, the shoe did not fit - marriage-wise. (pun intended)
anyway, I could go on and on, but you get the gist of what I am trying to say.
