Seafood Spaghetti ~ Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Pasta

in Qurator2 years ago (edited)

Hello Hiveans! I hope everyone is happy, healthy and in peace wherever you are. I am excited to cook this week's Pasta Challenge and of course to cook my family favorite the Seafood Pasta. When I say seafood, so you can pretty much make it with whatever shellfish you like. I chose some baby clams, mussels, squid and shrimp. This fancy-looking dinner in a thick red tomato sauce is not only making you forget your diet as it is very tasty, but it is also one of the easiest to make.

The real secret is to not overcook the seafood because nobody likes rubbery shrimp or squid.

This is beautiful. I almost want to eat seafood again after 7 years after this. It's a winning dish that is making my stomach rumble.

Wow, thank you so much my dear friend @carolynstahl for your nice comments. This dish is so classic right, no matter what fancy other pasta dishes may be, you will always remember this one. Take care dear, cheers, ainie
