Hola mis apreciados amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad, ya estamos iniciando el año y he visto unos cuantos post cargados de sabor y color; esta semana no ha sido la diferencia y nos estan invitando a cocinar cosas muy divertidas Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Skewers, apenas escucho brochetas me viene a mi mente un mundo de cosas para cocinar, bien ricas y sabrosas.
In my country we have another name for them, for example in the capital they are called pinchos and inland we call them chuzos. The skewers are not only made with beef or chicken, they can also be made with vegetables or mixed.
En mi país les tenemos otro nombre por ejemplo en la capital les dicen pinchos y hacia el interior les decimos chuzos. Las brochetas no solo son hechas con carne de res o de pollo, tambien se pueden hacer con vegetales o mixtos.

Hoy me voy a encargar de preparar unos que no ameritan de cocción, se trata de unas brochetas de frutas mixtas con una merengada de fresas, muy ricas y especiales para los niños de la casa. Se pueden realizar como meriendas o en pequeñas reuniones o fiestas.
Ingredientes:

Picamos las frutas en pequeños cuadritos y los colocamos en los palitos de manera que resalten los colores. Elaboramos la merengada de fresas ya sea con leche en polvo o liquida, en la licuadora añadimos azúcar y el hielo granizado, batimos todo junto y listo.
