"Spicy and savory are the two flavors that dominate Ma Lang Tang. But, you don't need to worry, the spiciness is still okay and we can bea comfortable sipping the gravy. All my toppings and fillings such as noodles, vegetables, fish balls, crab sticks, and tofu skins were cooked to the right level of doneness so they were delicious when eaten. I also added a little bit of meat to complete this dish."
