Wildlife: Birdwatching 641
The long-tailed tit or long-tailed bushtit (Aegithalos caudatus)
These charming birds fly in flocks in autumn and explore almost every tree and bush, inspect branches and look under each leaf. So they are looking for hidden insects. Unfortunately, because of their small beak, they cannot peck and break nuts and, for example, sunflower seeds, so they look for insects or very small seeds
Beautiful image here! @ratel shares another close up image of this long-tailed tit; and it's so calming. Seeing this bird enjoying its day outside with the sun shining just brings a sense of relaxation to me.

My Sweet Day In Zoom, Bangkok
I have sweet tooth. I love all sorts of cakes, sweets, ice cream...
Hardly I can resist not to taste if I am offered something new. For about two or three months last year I was forced to stop eating sweets, just limited quantities of dark chocolate, because my cholesterol level was very high, combined with high blood pressure
Oh yes! Look at this! Do you know how this dessert is made? You may be quite surprised when you find out.
It was absolutely delightful and delicious all that we had that night, but the desserts were real showstoppers

Work! Expedition Was Successful!
Thankfully we had an incredibly successful expedition last Friday, all of the photographical material will be uploaded this week. This weekend we took a well deserved low-tech break on Buena Vista, and now Monday its back to work!
Looks as if @ecoinstant has a lot of work ahead of him. So much to do, so little time as they say.
Keep walking, friends and family, because we can indeed build the world we want to live in
