La tarde de hoy les maestro mi participación en el concurso de maquillaje propuesto por @mintdreams, en el cual consiste en desarrollar un maquillaje de criatura mitológica, desde siempre he tenido fascinación por las sirena, y hoy quiero hacer un maquillaje representativo a ellas.
Today afternoon I teach you my participation in the makeup contest proposed by @mintdreams, which consists of developing a makeup of a mythological creature, I have always had a fascination for mermaids, and today I want to make a representative makeup of them.
Se dice que Las sirenas son mujeres-pez de gran belleza y con una preciosa voz. La leyenda cuenta que eran seres humanos en el pasado, pero fueron convertidos en un pez por poderes desconocidos. También hay teorías sobre un tipo de sirena alada que acabó degenerando en la mujer-pez que hoy conocemos. De hecho, en la antigua Grecia, las sirenas estaban representadas como aves con torso de mujer.
La sirena acuática, la más conocida en la actualidad, tiene la parte superior del cuerpo de una hermosa mujer de piel bronceada y de cabellos rubios o verdosos. Su parte inferior es la de un pez con cola y escamas verdes, plateadas o pardas. Su complexión es parecida a la de los seres humanos, con mismo el peso y altura. Sin embargo, son más longevas que los humanos ya que suelen vivir unos 150 años.

Mermaids are said to be fish-women of great beauty and with a beautiful voice. Legend has it that they were human beings in the past, but were turned into a fish by unknown powers. There are also theories about a type of winged mermaid that ended up degenerating into the fish-woman we know today. In fact, in ancient Greece, mermaids were represented as birds with the torso of a woman.
The aquatic mermaid, the best known today, has the upper part of the body of a beautiful woman with tanned skin and blond or greenish hair. Its lower part is that of a fish with a tail and green, silver or brown scales. Their complexion is similar to that of human beings, with the same weight and height. However, they are longer-lived than humans since they usually live about 150 years.
Their diet is based on algae, plankton and small fish. To breathe under the sea they use the scales of their fish part, which allow them to spend several days under the water without having to come to the surface.
