¿Saben cual es la MEJOR crema del mundo? El Protector Solar. La única crema milagrosa, apta para todo tipo de pieles, que va a evitar la aparición de arrugas, que va a protegernos de esas luces que pueden irritar o provocar manchas en nuestra piel, ese es el protector solar. Yo soy super fan de este producto y me encanta aplicarlo todos los dÃas para proteger mi piel. Les hablare un poco más sobre este producto para que tengan una mini guÃa con mis pequeños conocimientos.

Más allá de que "El protector solar nos ayuda para que no nos quememos y cambiemos de color" este maravilloso productos nos ayuda a prevenir las manchas, a retrasar el envejecimiento, obviamente nos protege de los rayos UVA y UVB (No todos, revisen que ofrece cada protector solar). Por mucho que utilicemos una rutina muy elaborada llena de cremas si no utilizamos este producto vamos a perder esa protección y podemos tener irritación si utilizamos componentes como "Vitamina C" o "Retinoides" y no nos protegemos.

Existen varios tipos de protector solares, para explicarlo mejor vamos a citar un articulo de Wikipedia:

Entonces, teniendo esto en cuenta podemos saber que vamos a comprar, sumado a eso tenemos en diferentes presentaciones como protectores en gel, en crema, en aerosol. Estos van de la mano con el gusto de cada persona y su tipo de piel. Por ejemplo, si son de piel grasa se recomienda los protectores en gel y algunos pocos en crema que no dejen la piel grasosa, asà para cada tipo de piel.

- Modo de Aplicación y Retoque
Mi piel es bastante normal y en el clima que esta en mi ciudad tienen da sudar un poco, levemente grasa por el gran calor que hace aquÃ. Yo utilizo un protector solar en crema con acabado Matte de la marca Dernier, tiene FPS + y cuesta 4$. La cantidad recomendada por dermatólogos es de dos dedos a lo largo, este protector solar viene en Spray y sale como "disparado" asà que yo calculo la cantidad similar a dos dedos y la aplico en mi cara.
Siempre hago movimientos circulares, como masajeando mi rostro en dirección hacia arriba haciendo algo como un lifting y no bajar mi rostro con el tiempo. ME ENCANTA este protector solar porque, aunque es blanco, queda transparente en la piel cuando se difumina correctamente y si queda Matte. Cuando voy a retocar, aproximadamente 3 horas después de aplicarlo y si no tengo maquillaje, tomo la misma cantidad y la coloco exactamente igual.
- How to Apply and Retouch
My skin is quite normal and in the climate that is in my city I have a little sweaty, slightly oily because of the great heat here. I use a cream sunscreen with Matte finish from the brand Dernier, it has SPF + and costs 4$. The amount recommended by dermatologists is two fingers lengthwise, this sunscreen comes in Spray and comes out like "shot" so I calculate the amount similar to two fingers and apply it on my face.
I always do circular motions, like massaging my face in an upward direction doing something like a facelift and not lowering my face over time. I LOVE this sunscreen because even though it is white, it stays sheer on the skin when blended correctly and if it stays Matte. When I go to touch up, about 3 hours after applying it and if I don't have makeup on, I take the same amount and put it on exactly the same.
Buscando más información encontré una frase que me gusto mucho que decÃa: "La moda es pasajera, tu piel es para siempre". Me encantó totalmente, esa es la verdad del cuidado facial, mantener nuestra piel lo mejor posible y de manera sana para siempre. Evidentemente todos envejecemos con el pasar de los años, pero si cuidamos nuestra piel tendremos un mejor aspecto y no sufriremos de enfermedades o de manchas que no se quitan cuando ya se es mayor. Looking for more information I found a phrase that I really liked that said: "Fashion is fleeting, your skin is forever". I totally loved it, that's the truth of facial care, to keep our skin looking its best and healthy forever. Obviously we all age as the years go by, but if we take care of our skin we will look better and we won't suffer from diseases or spots that don't go away when we are older.
