Rychkovo village, Orenburg region. Once upon a time, in the 18th century, the master Rychkov built a small distillery. The plant produced raw alcohol from potatoes and grain. The master also had an estate in this village. Later, in 1981, the factory was rebuilt into a brick one.

Soon the estate, together with the plant, changed its owner. The merchant Dunaev F.N. After his death, in 1905, the property passed to his son Alexander. But affairs were of little interest to the heir. Only taverns, hunting and card games. As a result, the estate together with the plant was lost. The landowners Fadeev and Dokhlov became the new owners. They say that the landowners cast lots, according to which the eastern side of the village went to Fadeev, and the western side to Dokhlov

Until the revolution, both landowners lived in Rychkovo. There was no information about the landowner Dokhlyi, but Fadeev was the last to flee. Then the Soviet Power came. The land was confiscated and distributed to the peasants, the plant was nationalized. The production worked until the end of the 50s of the last century.

Gradually, as usual, the building began to be pulled apart brick by brick. Despite its historical status, the building is included in the register of historical buildings in the Orenburg region. It is said that there used to be 4 large riveted containers for alcohol in the basement. Now there is nothing.
