A veces pensamos que viajar es complicado por todas las obligaciones que tenemos y los gastos económicos que implican, sin embargo, plantearse un viaje, así sea corto nos desconecta de todas nuestras angustias y todas nuestras tensiones producto de la rutina.

En mis viajes me parece fascinante la fotografía urbana por que es nuestra real interpretación de las escenas por donde transitamos, me hace apreciar más los lugares que visito. No es algo que se centre en la ciudad como tal, son su calles, sus texturas, donde se desenvuelven sus habitantes, la manera de vivir, su historia, entre tantas cosas. A 45 min terrestres de donde vivo, se encuentra Sogamoso, un municipio de Colombia, situado en el departamento de Boyacá. Posee un clima agradable, ni muy frío ni muy caluroso. Se le conoce como la Ciudad del Sol y del Acero por ser un territorio donde su actividad económica es la siderúrgica y la producción de materiales de construcción. La historia dice que Sogamoso fue un centro religioso de una comunidad indígena llamada Muisca. Toda sus huella de existencia estan posados en un museo arqueológico llamado Templo del Sol, el cual estaba cerrado el día que fui, espero volver y entrar al museo.

History says that Sogamoso was a religious center of an indigenous community called Muisca.
