According to several well researched explorers in the area, this house is the oldest abandoned house in the province of Ontario, Canada. Dating back to the late 1700s, but I have been unable to confirm this. In fact I cant find any tax records, or information of any kind about the property other than a newspaper article from 2010. That is a paragraph long and about a fire that happened at it. They did not publish an address (they usually do) just the general area, calling it a long abandoned house.
The fire damage and nature completely taking it over makes it a really great explore and if it is the oldest in the area, that's just the icing on the cake!
