[私家厨房]~ 咸肉蒸蛋

晚饭吃完后打了个电话给老妈,说这个鸭蛋要抓紧吃的,蛋磕出来有点发红,感觉要坏了,老妈说那是因为它受精了,原来是这样😂 😂 !

看我煮了好多次咸肉了吧!说明用途很大哦!还有很多配咸肉的煮法,都是有理有据,不胡来的哦!

咸肉蒸蛋看配料就很简单,烹饪也很简单,就不来1、2、3了。

先把蛋磕盘里,把咸肉切片用开始烫一下捞出铺在蛋上,再在蛋上撒几颗盐花,整盘都撒上少许蔬菜鲜,放高压锅里蒸6分钟即可。

这道菜很适合配早上的粥了,我晚上煮好也是为了第二天早饭准备的,早上可以偷懒再多睡小会!
