[私家厨房]~ 拌面加蛋和拌面加肉

连续两个中午吃拌面了,方便美味饱肚,一个人的首选!

拌面重要的几点:
①要用热猪油淋葱
②面的味道要刚好
③面条要汆得刚好

准备食材:面条、生抽、老抽、葱、猪油、蛋。

1)烧一锅水,开后把适量的面条放入,偶尔搅拌防粘底。
2)准备一个碗,倒入生抽老抽3/1的量待用。
3)另起锅倒猪油把蛋磕入煎至两面金黄待用。(或空锅把焯好的条肉切片放入,开中小火煎至出油)
4)汆好的面捞出放碗里迅速拌匀。
5)撒上葱碎淋上热猪油,把蛋或肉放上面即可。

烧面的同时也可以泡一碗紫菜汤或榨菜汤啥的配面,味道也是极好的!
