【私家厨房】~鸡藕汤

周末了,大宝有些原因不能回家,家里剩我们仨。大宝没在家,家里的伙食就减半了,做多了也吃不完,所以就烧了个鸡汤。2.5斤的一只鸡加上1斤莲藕再加上一根胡萝卜还有厚千张皮4两,这些量我们仨两餐都吃不完的。

准备食材:母鸡、莲藕、胡萝卜、厚千张、生姜、料酒、盐、蔬菜鲜、葱。

1)把母鸡洗干净切块先焯一下,藕和胡萝卜削皮切滚刀块,厚千张切条。
2)焯好的鸡放入高压锅,放入姜片和料酒,放入清水压10分钟(老母鸡老的压久一点,如果用砂锅炖要炖半小时以上)。
3)放气开盖后把藕和胡萝卜放入再压3分钟,放气后放入千张条,盐和蔬菜鲜调味煮开,撒上葱花就可以了。

小宝要吃蛋炒饭,就给他炒了个香肠3炒饭,我们俩就吃大米饭可以了,方便简单的一餐就过了。
