[私家厨房]~ 娃娃菜加半蛋

这段时间素菜吃得比较多[呲牙]

因为在娘家,地里菜多,还有蛋多,荤菜还要去菜场买,大热天的有点麻烦!

这个菜看着是分开的,其实可以一起做。

准备食材:娃娃菜、蛋、葱、红椒、生抽、盐、鸡精、油。

1)把娃娃菜洗净,切成四半装盘,撒上少许盐和鸡精;把蛋洗净。
2)锅中放水,把蛋放入,水量没过蛋,放入蒸架,把装娃娃菜的盘子放到蒸架上,盖上盖子蒸8分钟。
3)这时候就可以切葱和红椒了,两样都切丁。
4)取出娃娃菜,把蛋泡冷水剥壳,用线把蛋分两半。
5)蛋放娃娃菜上,均匀的倒一点生抽,蛋黄也要淋一点,撒上葱和红椒。
6)起锅倒油,炒菜的量,等油八成热了关火,把油淋到蛋和娃娃菜上。

一盘蔬菜完成,看上去还是蛮好吃的,多吃素菜,心里想想都健康🤭 !
