[私家厨房]~ 卤热气牛肉

外包装上写着热气牛肉,搞得我有点懵,想不通啥意思?只能求助于网络,啊,原来是这个意思!

热气—没有速冻过的,只是冷藏而已。好吧!又多了一点知识。

那就来卤一个吧!

准备食材:牛肉(冰冻的也行,提前化冻)、生姜、桂皮、八角、料酒、生抽、老抽、白砂糖。

1)牛肉洗净,上锅倒入清水,放入牛肉,烧开焯一下,倒掉水,牛肉再次洗一遍。

2)高压锅放入洗净的牛肉,放入姜片、桂皮、八角,倒入料酒、生抽、老抽。

3)上盖压10分钟,关火放气开盖,中小火煮收汁。

4)收汁时放入适量白砂糖,牛肉时常正反翻下。

5)收汁到只剩一层底汤时关火。

等凉透了,就可以切牛肉了,不要顺着牛肉纹理切,那样吃的时候会容易塞牙缝。切好装盘后淋上汤汁就好了。

可以配饭下酒,也可以当消遣零食。非常赞的哦!
