【私家厨房】~荞麦面

今天就我们仨在家,中午简单吃个面解决饱腹问题。听说荞麦面热量低又是粗粮,吃在嘴里安在心里。安心是因为面食类的食物是高碳水的,不利于大宝减肥。

准备食材:荞麦面、茭白、黄瓜、生抽、豆瓣酱、油。

1)把茭白和黄瓜切丝,如果有肉就切点肉丝进去。
2)开两个锅,一边烧上水汆面,一边起锅烧上油。
3)把茭白丝先倒入炒,倒入生抽和豆瓣酱,再放入一大碗清水炒,料炒好后放入黄瓜丝稍炒一下就关火。
4)把荞麦面汆好水分三碗装好,再把料和汤汁浇在荞麦面上。
5)马上拌匀就可以了。

简单一餐搞定,另外再搭配点别的菜一起吃也是不算委屈的哦!
