This post is inspired by @Qurator's Photo Quest for this week: Still Life. I'm sharing a few shots of still life, and the first one is my entry.
You might have noticed that in some hotel rooms, a piece of chocolate or mint is placed on the pillow? Rumor has it that in the 1950s, a Hollywood star laid out a trail of chocolates from his hotel sitting room into the bedroom to seduce a woman. And the hotel manager was inspired, so he adopted offering chocolate on the pillow to wish the guests sweet dreams. From then on, leaving a sweet treat on the hotel pillow has become a common practice in some hotels.
Instead of a piece of chocolate or mint, this green apple was standing cutely on the bed of a hotel room when I entered. I found it pretty interesting and took the photo with natural light from the window. So some hotels wish you sweet dreams, but this one wants to keep the doctor away from you I guess! =)
今天来发几张静物摄影，第一张里的苹果是在一家酒店的床上，像不像小时候学静物素描的经典模特造型？😄
在有些酒店的房间里会看到枕头上放有巧克力或薄荷糖，据说起源于上世纪50年代的某好莱坞男星，当时他为了撩妹，在酒店房间用巧克力铺就了一条“甜蜜小道“，一直达到枕头上，用意很明显。后被酒店经理发现，觉得这个主意还挺不错，就让在所有房间枕头上都放上巧克力，来祝愿客人当晚做个甜蜜的美梦。大概后来又被其他酒店经理发现，也都觉得这个主意好。 于是，撩妹撩出个传统来了......
然鹅，我呆的这间，床上放的却是一个苹果！是在毛毯上，而非枕头上，还是个酸酸的青苹果...... 甜蜜的美梦就算了，大概是想帮我补充维生素C？好的，这心意我领了~
