“山竹”馒头

今天给大家分享一款独特的“山竹”,营养也是很丰富哦!用料都是用了家里现有的一些食材制作的,过程是麻烦了那么一点点,但是健康美味又省“米”呀😊

之前给朋友看过一款面食也是五颜六色的,他说会不会色素太重😳呵呵~不知者不怪嘛!家庭版如果都用色素那还叫什么家庭版啊!

用料:青菜汁、巧克力(融化)、红曲米粉、铁棍山药、牛奶、普通面粉、酵母粉

步骤一,山药蒸熟加牛奶,加点蜂蜜(没有可不加)打成山药泥加入适量面粉酵母粉和成面团。这个面团做“山竹”内心用。

  二,融化的巧克力加面粉酵母粉和成面团,太干可以加点牛奶。

同上红曲米粉、青菜汁和成两个不同颜色的面团。

 三,开始霍霍整形吧,看图。全部整形好后发酵(一发),发至1.5倍大冷水上锅大火蒸20分钟闷5分钟即可!
