抹茶甜品就吃过很多，抹茶饺子倒是第一次尝试……前两天花巨资买的50g抹茶粉到了！我也是心血来潮把抹茶用到饺子皮上就想尝一下口感上有什么特别！
从和面做饺子皮到做饺子馅在到全部包好，全程一个人都是站着在做事，最后觉得腿都不是我自己的了😂😂有点累，不习惯呢！
饺子好不好吃，不只是馅重要其实饺子皮也很重要！！平时偷懒时也有买现成的皮，总觉得买的饺子皮有点厚。自己做饺子皮呢虽然有点麻烦，但包的时候又觉得相比买的皮包起来要快很多，掌握好皮的软硬度就OK！
面粉和水的比例就是2：1，面团揉到光滑即可擀皮了。我今天用了一斤面粉大约包出130个左右😊用了10g抹茶味道很淡😔😔下次还是用芹菜汁和面吧！
