烤箱版烤肉

话说好像几天没吃肉肉了,虽然平时一餐吃不了多少吧!但两天不吃就觉得馋了😍尤其看到他们群里聊吃的时候,真的好想马上去买😁

最近肉价是降了不少,今天去菜场有点晚没有买到特别满意的五花肉😔凑合还是买了一点用烤箱做了家庭版的烤肉,还不错哦!尤其是底层的土豆那简直了比肉还好吃😍下次试试用@evahe说的芋头做底层口感肯定更绝!

用料:五花肉,土豆,洋葱,生抽、料酒、蚝油、黑胡椒、孜然粉、生粉少许

1 五花肉切片稍微厚一点,放入佐料腌制2个小时或更久,(时间短了不入味)

2 土豆切片摆入烤盘,(烤盘铺锡纸)把腌制好的肉放在土豆片上,在切一点洋葱洒上。

烤箱150度左右,大约30分钟,中间烤一半记得把肉翻面,烤到肉看上去不湿就可以了。

这样烤出来的肉一点也不柴,又嫩又香😍只是我买的肉肉有那么一点点肥了搞的我午饭都没敢吃米饭,我怕横向发展😭
