Another great day to be out and about. We thought we will go and check out what restaurants have opened at the Interchange in Chatswood as we haven’t been there since COVID19 started. There were so many restaurants opened which we haven’t tried before so we walked around the centre to check what there is and most importantly what the kids feel like. Like we predicted, they have chosen a place that has soup noodles which was Akira Sushi. A new Japanese place with a nice touch, felt like I was in Japan during my meal from the decor.
今個週末我們一家人出外玩因為天氣好而且疫情都有好轉.我們很久沒有到位於 Chatswood 的 Interchange 所以就想到這裏看看現時有什麼餐廳可以試.看見以前熟悉的餐館都關閉，很多都是新開所以就帶小朋友慢慢選擇看看他們說吃什麼.如我們所料，兩個小朋友想吃一些熱湯麵所以就揀了 Akira Sushi 這間吃日本餐. 這裏的裝修很像在日本的感覺所以大家都食得非常開心.
Let’s have a look at their menu. Lots of choice at a reasonable price. The most important thing is they have soup udon for the kids. So we ordered two sets - a salmon lover set & chicken katuse set which we can give the 2 udon for the kids and order a baby roll for each. The kids wanted a cucumber and avocado baby roll each.
先看看他們的餐牌. 選擇很多而且價錢合理, 最重要就有兩個小朋友想吃的烏冬. 我跟老公叫了兩個套餐，一個是炸雞另外一個就是三文魚套餐. 兩個套餐的碗烏冬就給小朋友另外再加兩兒童青瓜和牛油果卷.
The sets came out larger than expected. We weren’t expecting so much food so at first thought its great value. The kid’s rolls came fresh and they ate them up quickly then moved onto the udon. We were definitely full and the food was tasty and fresh. The chicken katasu as juicy as it was freshly fried. The salmon sashimi was cut to a nice thick size so you feel like you not getting less by cutting them thinly like many joints now. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Sydney and we will definitely be back!
沒有想到兩個餐的份量那麼大. 兩個小朋友的壽司卷都好新鮮所以兩個都很快吃完然後吃烏冬.炸雞味道不錯，不會太油. 我的三文魚套餐比我想像中大而且魚生切得很厚覺得好抵食. 如果到悉尼而且在 Chatswood 附近可以考慮在這間日本餐試試.
