During our quick visit to Forster we didn’t each out as much as we don’t mind cooking especially with two families. Though we did go out to a nice cafe just before driving back to Sydney called The Dragon’s Den. It has high ratings on the local food app so we thought we should give it a go. The other thing we liked this cafe as it is facing a quiet area so it was away from the main strip of Forster but close enough to walk back out. When we sat down, the kids were given some colouring pencils and paper to keep them occupied while the parents can choose their food in peace.
我們去 Forster 的時候都比較少出外吃東西因為兩家人都不介意在家煮一些簡單的. 返悉尼之前我們到一間咖啡室叫 The Dragon's Den 吃中午飯. 在網上看見這間咖啡室的評語比較高所以都想試試是不是跟網上說那麼好. 我們一坐下來之後，餐廳的侍應已經給小朋友一些顏色筆和紙來圖顏色. 這個服務可以讓家長慢慢選擇叫什麼東西，很貼心.
Let’s have a look at the menu. As you can see, its Western cafe food with a Asian fusion. We ordered one of the Dragon rolls (they are just like Vietnamese rolls), Nasi Goreng, Sambal Scramble with a side of bacon for the kids to share and iced coffee. Looks like an interesting combo ordered from a cafe.
先看看他們的餐牌.可以看見這間餐廳主要都是西式加一點亞洲元素落他們的食物. 我們叫了一個 Dragon Roll (好像越南沙拉包)，印尼炒飯和一份煙肉蛋加麵包給兩個小朋友再加一杯凍咖啡.
Here comes the food. Oh my what a great lunch! The Dragon roll was nice and fresh with the bread roll, the nasi goreng is a little bit different to what we are used to but the twist is pretty nice and the kids loved their eggs with bacon. I didn’t have the drink by hubby said it ticked the boxes. The service was good in particular they provided the kids some activities which was a great touch for parents.
看見眼前的食物已經知道這間餐廳是一個不錯的選擇.這個越南食沙律包非常新鮮尤其是包香味好香.印尼炒飯雖然跟平時吃的有點不同但他們的煮飯又有另一種風味.小朋友的煙肉蛋餐合格兩個小朋友都很快吃完.老公說凍咖啡合格沒有什麼特別.最令我深刻印象就是這間餐廳的服務非常好尤其是給小朋友一些活動讓父母可以慢慢叫餐和吃東西.
