CORON is the home of the famous lagoons and islands. Coron is definitely the best of the best!
Visiting Palawan is a dream come true. Since we were kids, we would always hear it in the news being hailed as the most beautiful tourist destination. I never realize this dream until I was checking which place should I visit for my birthday.
Aside from being awed by its natural charm, this birthday celebration made such an impact to me when it comes to creating contents about travel. I gained a deeper perspective and a broader understanding of what I want to achieve with the platform I have.
"KAYANGAN LAKE VIEW"
Probably the most famous spot in all of Palawan. A photo that seemed easy to look at but you have to hike to see this view and to cross to the lake itself.Is it worth it? Definitely! Not a single ounce of sweat is wasted. This place is a gem.
"KAYANGAN LAKE"
Clearest waters I've ever seen. It's such a joy to explore this lake. Make sure to
visit off-peak so you could enjoy the less-crowded lake.
"TWIN LAGOON"
My favorite spot in Coron. A combination of cold and warm waters coming from the lake and the sea. Extremely different experience inside the lagoon and definitely the best one yet!
"SHIP WRECK or SKELETON WRECK"
Coron is a site not just for islands and lagoons but for underwater gems with
plenty of shipwrecks perfect for snorkeling and diving.
What was known to be used in wars are now gems to discover. The Second World War wrecks are some of the best-preserved in the world.
"MOUNT TAPYAS"

requires a 30minute or more hike best done before the sunset.

"BARRACUDA LAKE"
Barracuda Lake offers one of the most unique diving experiences in the world. Occasionally referred to as Luluyuan Lake by locals, its crystal blue waters hidden between majestic rocky formations aren’t big on actual barracudas and other wildlife. Instead, divers can experience a thermocline and halocline unlike anywhere else.
With that being said, I really enjoyed this trip where I met a lot of wonderful people from Coron, Busuanga and making my birthday much fun and extra special. 🎈
Lost in the beauty of Coron—where the skies are bluer, the water is clearer, and life feels a little lighter.
PALAWAN is indeed the fairest of them all. ✨
