Recently I found that it seems the gas fee to use Rarible is cheaper than that of OpenSea. So I tried to mint a NFT with @monster.factory's drawing.

First, to transfer some ETH from my wallet to MetaMask, I paid 0.0029 ETH ($6.2).
Then on Rarible, to approve the transaction from my wallet, I paid 0.005639 ETH ($12.37). It's somehow OK for a weekend fun activity.
Then on the next step, the gas fee was ............... 😱
It's too expensive for my weekend fun on the other hand I'm curious what it will turn to be. Moreover I paid initial $12 anyway. So I approved the transaction.
After few minutes, there is our first NFT on Rarible!
I spent almost $100 to create a NFT that I list for $22 😅Estimated total cost should be displayed in the beginning. It's same for OpenSea.
However it's somehow no problem as I used my old old old ETH that was sleeping in my wallet for long. I received it as my salary at the price of $100-$200/ETH.
In the end I applied to Hive NFT Showroom.
