Hello HIVE community. In this week 74, I bring you the song "I WILL PROTECT YOU", of my authorship, written for this event, with a lot of love and a little sadness, because I play a theme that is happening very often in the world. Many years ago I was walking through one of the streets of the city where I lived at that time, and a very tall and sturdy man, carrying a gun in his hand, ran past me, while people shouted grab him, I instinctively alone I tried to protect myself, seconds later I looked at the houses in front and saw a 14-year-old girl coming out of the door of a miscellaneous shop, very injured and on the verge of fainting; A few minutes later I found out that this monster that passed so close to me, gun in hand, had just abused this girl. I have not been able, after so many years, to erase that image from my mind. So this song is in honor of all those Marías and those Manueles who have gone through that sad story. In front of those women who are mother and father and those children who know how to care for and value them, I take off my hat. I hope this song is to your liking. En esta semana 74, les traigo la canción “YO TE PROTEGERÉ”, de mi autoría, escrita para este evento, con mucho cariño y un poco de tristeza, pues toco un tema que está ocurriendo muy a menudo en el mundo. Hace muchos años caminaba yo por una de las calles de la ciudad donde vivía en ese entonces, y un hombre muy alto y fornido y llevando un arma en la mano, pasó corriendo por mi lado, mientras la gente gritaba agárrenlo, yo por instinto solo intenté protegerme, segundos después mire hacia las casas que estaban en frente y vi salir por la puerta de una tienda miscelánea a una chiquilla de unos 14 años, muy herida y a punto del desmayo; pocos minutos después me enteré que este monstruo que paso tan cerca de mí, con el arma en la mano, acababa de abusar de esta chica. No he podido, después de tantos años borrar esa imagen de mi mente. Así que este tema es en honor a todas esas Marías y esos Manueles que han pasado por esa triste historia. Ante esas mujeres que son madre y padre y a esos hijos que las saben cuidar y valorar, me quito el sombrero. Espero que esta canción sea de su agrado. Gracias por leer y ver el video.
