Hi friends of Hive and Hive Open Mic, I'm Fernando from @fernanblog, for this week 75 dedicated to "Dignified Maturity", theme proposed by @reinamalinda, I'm pleased to bring you a song of my authorship called "Una Canción Para La Tristeza" (A Song For The Sadness). This song is about how a person goes through 3 phases to be happy; the 1st phase is pain, as a motivator and trigger of chaos; here the person enters into conflict, reaches his limit and gets carried away by his emotions. Then the 2nd phase is courage: here is when the person organizes his mind, looks for sense and logic to how he got where he got to, entering a supposed temporary calm to find a way out of his situation. And the 3rd phase is love: when the person decides to face his problem without losing his essence, and learns to feel fulfilled by his achievements.
This song applies to any age, because maturity is not only achieved with experiences, it is achieved by understanding that happiness is achieved from self-love. By this I mean, that a worthy maturity comes from self-knowledge, healthy empathy, wisdom and self-realization.
I hope this song enters a little into your minds and hearts so that you remember that life should not be lived with eagerness, it should be lived with gratitude for everything that happens to us because that is what determines that we are on the right path.

Hola amigos de Hive y de Hive Open Mic, soy Fernando de @fernanblog, para esta semana 75 dedicada a la “Madurez Digna”, tema propuesto por @reinamalinda, me complace el traerles una canción de mi autoría llamada “Una Canción Para La Tristeza”. Esta canción trata de como una persona pasa por 3 fases para ser feliz; la 1era fase es el dolor, como motivador y desencadenante del caos; aquí la persona entra en conflicto, llega a su límite y se deja llevar por sus emociones. Luego la 2da fase es el valor: aquí es cuando la persona organiza su mente, busca sentido y lógica al cómo llegó adonde llegó, entrando en una supuesta calma temporal para encontrar una salida a su situación. Y la 3era fase es la del amor: cuando la persona decide hacer frente a su problema sin perder su esencia, y aprende a sentirse realizada por sus logros.
Esta canción aplica a cualquier edad, porque la madurez no solo se alcanza con experiencias, se alcanza entendiendo que la felicidad se logra desde el amor propio. Con esto quiero decir, que una madurez digna proviene del autoconocimiento, la sana empatía, la sabiduría y la autorrealización.
Espero que esta canción entre un poco en sus mentes y corazones para que recuerden que la vida no debe ser vivida con afán, debe ser vivida con agradecimiento por todo lo que nos ocurre debido a que eso es lo que determina que vamos por buen camino.
