It goes very well with this week's theme, I made it some time ago but because of how good it looks this week I decided to show it, I made a kind of duel with two violins mixing the piece with Pachelbel's Canon because of its great similarity. Oh yeah, you're totally right. Pachelbel's "Canon in D" is one of my heart songs. My mom used to play it ultra-slow on piano, which I loved, throughout my childhood. Maroon 5's song is definitely inspired by Canon in D - I didn't realize that until you revealed it here. In fact, I know of some other songs that are driven by that same song, including one of my own:
