Al llegar a la semana número 123, damos gracias a Dios por permitirnos participar
en esta fiesta musical de nuestra querida comunidad Hive Open Mic con el tema "Un mundo mejor para todos", escogido por nuestro amigo y destacado usuario @daniky.
Para mí, más que un reto, es una osadía presentar mi composición para el concurso en esta oportunidad pues es una canción en español e inglés, y un poquito de italiano y francés, por cierto, este último idioma mencionado no figuró en la lista de materias de mis estudios de secundaria.
Para realizar esta canción me asesoré en experiencias y algunos conocimientos de esos idiomas, y pronunciaciones a través de Google.
Un canto a la paz es una plegaria a Dios por la paz del mundo, y para pedirle felicidad a los seres humanos de nuestro planeta.
CANTO A LA PAZ.
En la hostil embriaguez de este mundo
que conjuga el objeto de vida
nuestras manos se elevan al cielo
implorando al Señor un consuelo,
y es profundo
el dolor que va hollando su herida.
Necesita de alegría
el nacimiento del día
para que pronto haya gozo
y un himno de paz hermoso.
Una lluvia será el largo canto
como lágrimas de un feliz llanto,
y el cielo la paz,
y la dicha será al fin completa
como el sueño de alegre poeta
que endulza su faz.

Ja, ja, ja, me hiciste recordar un pasaje de cuando estudiaba en el pedagógico de Maracay, y un profesor de música de nombreEdward Benaím me escuchó cantando "I started a joke" de los Bee Gees, y era con el cuatro. Me dijo: "con el tiempo cantarás el Alma Llanera y otros joropos en inglés". Me quiso decir que el cuatro no era lo más indicado para canciones en inglés u otro idioma extranjero.
