Esta semana el tema es "Amante" es especial para mi, ya que me ha llegado mi nueva mandolina de parte de nuestro querido amigo el Luthier James Wilson de www.redvalleymandolins.com a quien agradecemos infinitamente por su amistad.
Soy amante de la música quiero compartirles esta canción titulada «Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head» —literalmente en español: «Las gotas de lluvia siguen cayendo sobre mi cabeza»— es una canción escrita por Burt Bacharach y Hal David para la película Dos hombres y un destino de 1969. La versión original fue grabada por el cantante B. J. Thomas en el séptimo intento, ya que los anteriores seis no complacieron a Bacharach. Thomas, por su parte, grabó la canción poco después de haber sufrido laringitis, por lo que su voz suena más ronca en la versión de la película. La canción ganó el premio Óscar como mejor canción original el año siguiente.
Es una canción muy fresca, me acompaña en el cuatro mi amado digitalopus, espero la disfruten. 🙂

I am a music lover. I want to share with you this song entitled "Raindrops Keep Fallin 'on My Head" - literally in Spanish: "The raindrops keep falling on my head" - it is a song written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David for the movie Dos Men and a Fate from 1969. The original version was recorded by singer BJ Thomas on the seventh attempt, as the previous six did not please Bacharach. Thomas, for his part, recorded the song shortly after suffering from laryngitis, which is why his voice sounds huskier in the movie version. The song won an Oscar for best original song the following year.
It is a very fresh song, my beloved digitalopus accompanies me in the cuatro, I hope you enjoy it.
