I had to find out about this weeks theme because I didn't really understand what it meant. I found out that I am not the sort of person who 'trusts in the process'. I like everything to be planned down to the smallest detail and even then I worry that something will go wrong.
If you are like me, and you like to plan absolutely everything, all your careful plans can get thrown out the window when someone else gets involved.
The song I have chosen is about how everything in your life can be changed in a single day, by finding the right person for you. When you meet that person you must trust the process of falling in love, and not over think it.
This song uses the melody of Maria Grever's 1934 Spanish song "When I return to your side." (Cuando Vuelva a Tu Lado) The English version 'What a Difference a Day Makes' was first recorded that same year and has been re-done many times since, although Dinah Washington's version is the most famous.
I recorded the piano and vocal together, then added some drums and a bass line afterwards using Logic Pro.

La canción que he elegido trata sobre cómo todo en tu vida puede cambiar en un solo día, encontrando a la persona adecuada para ti. Cuando conoces a esa persona debes confiar en el proceso de enamoramiento, y no pensar demasiado en ello.
Esta canción utiliza la melodía de la canción española de 1934 de María Grever 'Cuando vuelva a tu lado'. La versión en inglés 'What a Difference a Day Makes' se grabó por primera vez ese mismo año y se ha vuelto a hacer muchas veces desde entonces, aunque la versión de Dinah Washington es la más famosa.

For a long time, I have really been a person who wants everything working out as planned, but recently, life has really thought me on the importance of trusting the process and just remain hopeful that everything will work out just fine.
I wish I could just be more relaxed about things sometimes.
When we find out that some of these things are not within our control, we just realize we have to worry less and hope that things play out in our own way.

I think that somehow being planned, as you say you are, is also a way of trusting in the process, because that is your personal process. However, just because things don't work out doesn't mean it's wrong, you just have to look for another approach.
