Hola amigos de HIVE OPEN MIC, esta semana número 62, nos reúne la temática, "CANCIONES CURATIVAS"; como enfermera sé que la medicina por si sola, contribuye con el mejoramiento del paciente, pero si anexamos otras terapias alternativas como la música, la recuperación es más rápida y efectiva. Desde hace años, estoy en una coral de adultos mayores, cuya razón de ser es aplicar el canto como terapia de mejoramiento de calidad de vida, y medicina preventiva de las enfermedades propias de la edad, y doy fe de que todos los que conformamos el coro, somos adultos sanos, alegres, creativos, entusiastas y muy centrados en el aquí y el ahora. He aprendido que todo lo que se ve y lo que no, es creación de Dios, que nuestro mejor contacto con Él es nuestra simple, pero indispensable respiración, cuya calidad la hemos mejorado mediante el canto, así como la mente y la espiritualidad, entonces quiero decirles que las canciones religiosas las considero que tienen poder de sanar, de curar heridas ó enfermedades del cuerpo y del alma.
