RE: Looking for the Moon

Candy corns....! May I know what are they? Kind of sugar coated corns or something else?

The full moon on the event of Halloween would have increased the feeling for the day.

never got to show off the carved pumpkin - a tree with a raven on it

Wowwww! It is sooo beautifully carved. I thought for s while that it was a painting. Do you put some light inside the pumpkin? I mean how come it is so shinny?

At my city Karachi, in Pakistan, winter doesn't come so early, and is quite short lived. Till date our fans are opened and we are comfortable in our cotton dresses

Candy corn is a type of small, pyramid-shaped candy, typically divided into three sections of different colors, with a waxy texture and a flavor based on honey, sugar, butter, and vanilla. It is a staple candy of the fall season and Halloween in North America.

Just sugar in a pyramid! I like to put it in a jar for color. The moon was perfect and the pumpkins are always fun to carve. There were three. We put a candle inside them. They are shiny because the light makes it appear that way.

Winter actually doesn't come early here either. We are still in shorts and cotton. We did have a couple of cooler days, but we are back to cooling mode. Maybe by the end of the month, it will be cooler, but, who knows? It could be tomorrow. :) We don't have the harsh winter of the north, but we do get snow now and then!

The garden is still blooming.
