Again, this month's Blog of the Month theme got people going. The number of entries at 18 was one short of last month's record with three of the team adding their two cents' worth.
The team's entries, of course are not eligible nor were those that didn't drop their the links in the comments on the announcement post.
But first
The usual bit of housekeeping: the number of Silver Bloggers continues to increase and we're now less than 50 short of the magic 1,500 subscribers. Activity is hard to judge as Hive rises and dips and as life happens for our Silver Bloggers.
As always - a thank you
To everybody who contributes to making this a fun community and especially to our delegators. Suddenly the value of delegations to the community account has shot up and is over 9K which means that the value of our votes on members' blogs has some real value.
Just over a month ago, we put our money where our mouths are, and in this post reminded you how we use your delegations and how we say thank you to our delegators. In more than just gifs!!
The team's contributions
The team's contributions are as different as the team. Across worlds, continents and decades; from people and politicians to stars - pop and in space. Like last month, in no particular order:

The business end
Even though you only have to drop your entry's link as a comment in the announcement post, five of you didn't (we've dropped the requirement to share your entry's link in Discord). That makes us sad because if you don't, you can't win. This month, among that crop was @nickydee's personal, gut-wrenching memory of the day her world ended.

All of the top three entries that were in contention talked, in one way or another about 9/11.
@ifarmgirl was in China, I think.
Then @germanandradeg not only remembers that day, but has a much more personal memory of having slept through one of the milestones of humans' exploration of space.
Stand out entry
"Winning" and "9/11" in the same sentence doesn't rest well with me. Similarly, being happy that @thebigsweed's vivid, personal and terrifying memory of that day was the team's unanimous choice, is weird.
So, his recollections of that day, is this month's stand out contribution.

Hello everyone.
I have been surprised and amazed by the mention.
I loved participating, I enjoyed it and it was a moment of remembrance that filled me with sadness on the one hand and joy on the other.
All the participations were great, I enjoyed them and those of @ifarmgirl and @thebigsweed, were captivating; my congratulations to them.
I hope to see again initiatives like these that motivate the creator in us to export wonders in letters.
