What a lovely post to start off the week Lizzie, I love pancakes as well especially filled with banana and fresh cream or chocolate sauce. I agree with you there is quite a lot of work involved and takes a while, so I always end up eating mine straight out from the pan otherwise it gets cold. Actually, would really love one now!!
