Even at the age of 40 many of us start thinking of THAT BIG DAY.

Remember when as a tiny toddler you would count the sleeps before your birthday?
Well, that's what many start doing once they get close to THAT BIG DAY, the major life-changing event called RETIREMENT!
I worked with a guy who printed out a special calendar and marked off each day counting down to that BIG DAY!
Once into that new phase of life, many of us Silver-haired, or those who've had their hair repossessed like our friend @papilloncharity put it, try and forget about that upcoming birthday as that big number seems quite unbelievable.
That is how many of us Silver Bloggers feel as well; that's why we're here after all so don't let this opportunity slip you by if you have not joined yet, time is slipping away!
Where else can you do something you've always wanted to do, and that is write about life experiences especially pre- and post-retirement; learning about Crypto plus earning some in the process AND meet kindred spirits and have some fun?

A big thank you to you for being my guiding hand with this and the encouragement, retirement certainly brings on a whole new exciting phase in life especially here in this place called Hive where we connect with folk from all over the world.🤗
Now I am not exactly the best helper Lady Lizzy, as there are others in this new community called #silverbloggers that are way more clever than me.
The problem is that they have not seen the comments and the posts here, because they don't "Follow" #silverbloggers.
Maybe you can place a notice in the Rules that states "Following is mandatory"???

Snow on the Berg will always drop your temperatures Lady Lizzy and I enjoy the cold air that we have here. Our snow cap peak has not seen any snow yet, but when it does, then you can bet that the whole country is icy cold.
We will eventually get everything sorted out.
