When I was young, we got a real tree one year and the constant shedding of the needles drove my mom nuts. She liked things neat and clean. That was the only time I ever had a real one. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Thank you, and same to you! I don't recall excessive needle shedding from those childhood trees. Perhaps they were so fresh, they didn't shed as quickly. And perhaps, since I wasn't in charge of cleaning, I just didn't notice.
