Paying a visit to Katy
Wednesday morning started with a Ladies Group Bible Study at Karen's home.
Caroline picked me up a little early and we had a ten minute walk prior to the study. It was a good time of getting to know her and being helped over a personal issue in my life.
What a wonderful assortment of ladies from all over the world, Texas, Canada, Ukraine, Finland, United Kingdom, Russia, and South Africa

We are studying five heroes of the Bible and the first one is Gideon.
Soon after being dropped off at home I was picked up by Avril, one of the South African Ladies Groups that I belong to.
We went to Teresa's florist and then to the Ajax Hotel where we met Katy on crutches (after her operation).
She was presented with a plant and some roses and flowers - a gift from the group

We had a wonderful chat and then ordered some lunch.
Toasted Ham, Cheese and Tomato with chips & salad
This was my order with a fresh orange juice.
Salmon wraps with Salad
Avril had Salmon and a cup of tea.
Cheese omelette and chips with salad
Katy opted for a cheese omelette and a pot of tea.
Afterwards, Avril drove me home and we sat in the car for a long while chatting. Avril coaches - coaches - and wow - what an amazing chat we had and she helped me so very much with great advice.
I was doubly blessed - first Caroline and now Avril.
It was getting dark and I got a call from Lesley (my daughter in law) to ask if I was still alive. Haha - first time I have been out for the whole day like this.
Grateful for meeting so many wonderful people in such a short time.
