Half and Half
I call this post Half and half for a couple of reasons,
Firstly, it will be a mix of Sunrise and Sunset shots I got recently, and at the end of the post a Tree in the Local Cemetery, which you will see perhaps ( my mind I know works in weird ways) why I thought of a half and half post.
Now in the cycle of a day the Sunrise comes first so let me start with that.
I was up at 4Am one morning, which is fairly common for me, and decided to pop out and hope for a nice sunrise , Wasn't spectacular but it was pleasant and a beautiful way to start the day.
Before heading out I looked on google maps and found a spot which I thought might be nice to catch the sunrise, , so jumped in the car and off I went

Sunrise was at 5:10 that day and I got to the spot about 30 Minutes before hand, there is a rock wall with some small boats docked on the other side and a view across the water, with some nice warm colors on the Horizon
Looking the other direction, a slight sliver of a moon up in the sky and some sea grass beside the water

A little bit later the colors were changing as it got lighter

Now to the other half, Back in the Cemetery one evening as the sun was setting, was a real interesting mix of light and colors that evening

And the same tree from another angle earlier in my walk there, and as you can see its kind of interesting how the tree has grown totally different on each side and hence how the title for this post came to my head

Cemetery tree with colours floating above, broad brush strokes of nature at it's best, tree appears to have split personality favouring one side more than the other for growth 😁

I like the shot of the tree with the bands of colorful clouds moving across the sky. The tree itself looks a little funny somehow and I have no idea why it's growing that way.

You must not forget where the tree is living and what its roots see - I think he looks still quite nice 😆
We don't have an AC, so I know how you feel now - just like we feel each summer in a heat period ;) but I hope you'll get somebody to repair it 👍

I believe that you can get very used of it. Every year when it's hot we think of buying a small mobile AC, but we always postbone it to the next year ;)

BEER.Beautiful shots! That is pretty interesting how that tree has grown. I wonder what way the one side faces. Is the kind of dead side facing the North? The sunset shot is probably my favorite. Fantastic job!

And yes the deaf side is facing north but other similar trees aren’t like that
