I prepare this delicious bread with soaked lentils, flour-free, gluten-free and rich in protein and all the trace elements and minerals of legumes. It's quick and easy to make… you just need soaked lentils, oil and a little yeast. So I hope you will be encouraged and do it for the enjoyment of the whole family.

Preparo este delicioso pan con lentejas remojadas, sin harinas, sin gluten y rico en proteínas y todos los oligoelementos y minerales de las leguminosas. Es fácil y rápido de hacer… solo necesitas lentejas remojadas, aceite y un poco de levadura. Así que espero que se animen y lo hagan para el disfrute de toda la familia.

Ingredients:
400 grams of brown lentils
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 spoon of vanilla
¼ cup of oil
¼ cup of liquid milk
5 grams of dry yeast

Ingredientes:
400 gramos de lentejas marrones
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
1 cucharada de sal marina
1 cucharada de vainilla
¼ de taza de aceite
¼ taza de leche liquida
5 gramos de levadura seca

Process:
1.- The lentils are soaked overnight in water and the juice of half a lemon

2.- The next day the lentils are rinsed very well and added to the processor or blender

3.- The lentils are processed and the oil, milk, salt and vanilla are added

4.- Before turning off the processor, add the yeast to the lentil mixture.

5.- The mixture is placed in a silicone mold and allowed to rise for 30 minutes, on top you can add sesame or sunflower seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour

Procedimiento:
1.- Se remojan las lentejas desde la noche anterior en agua y el jugo de medio limón
2.- Al día siguiente se enjuagan muy bien las lentejas y se agregan al procesador o licuadora
3.- Se procesan las lentejas y se les agrega el aceite, la leche, la sal y la vainilla
4.- Antes de apagar el procesador se le agrega a la mezcla de lentejas la levadura
5.- La mezcla de coloca en un molde de silicón y se deja leudar por 30 minutos, por encima se le puede agregar semillas de sésamo o de girasol y se hornea en un horno precalentado a 180 grados por 45 minutos a 1 hora
