Hello Feathered Friends Lovers,
Welcome again to #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest!
I am pleased to open another round of the contest. The winners of this week's round will be announced on Monday.
What we haven't cover by far is the bird's tail. I love the most the tail of the peacock of which unfortunately I have not a single photo. But the tail is not just for the show where males use it for attracting the females. It has its role for taking off or landing, during flight to steer.
There is such a variety of tails and I am curious and impatient about the ones you will show me. So let's begin and show me
THE TAIL
To illustrate what I am looking for I chose these photos.
Now is your turn. There is no need to have exactly like mine - tails wide spread like a fan. I am sure you have interesting birds with even more interesting tails.
I would like to thank our judge @oks2crypto, who is doing such a great job and help choosing among all entries the winners.
Rules
Show me your photo of a bird, following these rules:
- The photo must be your own.
- Post in the community Feathered Friends
- You may add more photos, but you should state which one is your entry, otherwise the first will be taken into account.
- Tell us something about your photo/s.
- Your photo must follow the weekly theme, which will be announced each Sunday.
- Please put the link of your entry in the comment section of the contest post here.
- Put in the title of your post that this is an entry for the contest. (Optional)
- Use #smap as a tag.
If you create quality post with more images and interesting story about them, making extra effort can give you bigger upvotes and attract curators. Keep that in mind.
Prizes
From now on, there will be five winners only and each winner will receive 2 Hive and 100 Ecency POINTS.

hi Neli! Sadly I could not take part in previous week. We had plans, plans, but... actually my bird of choice was a seagull / maybe albatross. unfortunately, I do not have own pictures, and I do not want to share pictures like this. and there were other reasons ... well, anyway.
Do not worry. Your bird, seagull or albatross is pretty nice choice.
Its the tail then after the eyes? LOL got to go hunting for tails.

i will see what photos i have that could be appropriate but none come to mind offhand that focus on the tail and it is raining continuously these days so i won't be taking any new ones
