It's not often I encounter these famous forest singers. These birds love dense thickets, like various bush-covered river valleys. But this particular nightingale in the photo was in an old cemetery, where there are plenty of bushes.

When singing, the nightingale usually sits low, seemingly hunched over, with its wings drooping and its tail raised. The song itself consists of various whistles and trills, repeated and separated by a clicking sound.
