At the very beginning of May, and in some cases even at the end of April, these bright birds arrive. During this period, they are very timid and fearful, and fly away at the slightest rustle.
But everything changes when these birds have offspring! One has only to pass by the place where their nest is, as the male bravely jumps out of the bushes, begins to scream with displeasure, wag his tail. He does everything to attract attention and lead away from the female and children.
Over the past few years, I have noticed that these birds have increasingly begun to settle in cities. These birds live in my yard every year. In early summer, at about 3 am, the male begins to sing the song.
