Recently I've had problems to really sit down to play something, between a very large range of options and the rest of my occupations the truth is that it has been complicated, however, I ended up downloading one of the games that I wanted to dedicate a couple of matches for a long time, Paladins.
In the gameplay there's no theoretical content or anything like that, just @kuronokenshi and me playing, while @rishahp told us about how bad his internet was, I added some editing, but ultimately the matches I could record are almost complete.
I must say that editing this video was a parallel experience different from the previous videos I've edited, using a new PC and a more updated program, it was like not knowing how to edit and learn from scratch, sure, I know a couple of things, but that's why the video editing is quite light.
For those who don't know the game, Paladins is a Hero Shooter, as well as Team Fortress 2 and Overwatch, I knew it by the controversies that were armed years ago when it was quite notorious that there were similarities between some elements of Paladins and Overwatch, I won't go into the subject because I already talked about it long ago, but at the time I was "on the side" of Overwatch, today, I would like to play Overwatch 2, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying this great game.
It's not my first time playing Paladins, because some years ago I played it a little and it was that experience that made me radically change my vision of the game, now here I am, finally playing a few matches on my personal pc.
Talking a bit about the game, it's a fully online multiplayer where two teams of 5 characters face each other, the game modes can be a typical DeathMatch where the purpose is to make kills, Onslaught, where you control the center of the map while you take care of the rival team, and Siege, the mode of pushing the charge that we all know, honestly I like to play DeathMatch for the simplicity of going out and start shooting everyone.
There are a good amount of characters you can choose, subdivided into different types according to their role, as always happens in this kind of games, Kuro usually goes support while I was going to do pure and hard damage, nothing else, someone I love to use is Vivian for her fire power and also for having shield, but as I didn't have her unlocked I played the first games with Viktor, which is the favorite character if you come from a more traditional shooter game, his equivalent in Overwatch would be Soldier 76.
The first game we lost it, then Kuro had some problems with his game and I stayed playing while he solved it, along with all this, I didn't realize that the first games weren't being recorded, it's the first time I use the Xbox Game Bar to record and the truth is very practical, but for the next one I will use OBS yes or yes, I already used it for previous videos.
After Kuro returned to the game we started to win game after game, I guess the fact that I was just starting to play influences a little in the matchmaking because Kuro has been playing Paladins for a long time, I had a great time and surely it'll be repeated sooner rather than later, yes, a little bumpy all because there were problems everywhere haha.

Recientemente he tenido problemas para realmente sentarme a jugar algo, entre un abanico muy grande de opciones y el resto de mis ocupaciones la verdad es que ha sido complicado, sin embargo, terminé por descargarme uno de los juegos a los que quería dedicar un par de partidas desde hace tiempo, Paladins.
En el gameplay no hay ningún contenido teórico ni nada por el estilo, simplemente @kuronokenshi y yo jugando, mientras @rishahp nos hablaba de lo mal que estaba su internet, le agregué un poco de edición, pero ultimadamente las partidas que pude grabar están casi íntegras.
Debo decir que editar este video fue una experiencia paralelamente distinta a los anteriores videos que he editado, utilizando una nueva PC y un programa más actualizado, era como no saber editar y aprender desde cero, claro, conozco un par de cosas, pero es por este motivo que la edición del video es bastante ligera.
Para quienes no conozcan el juego, Paladins es un Hero Shooter, así como Team Fortress 2 y Overwatch, lo conocí por las polémicas que se armaban hace años cuando era bastante notorio que había similitudes entre algunos elementos de Paladins y Overwatch, no entraré en el tema porque ya hablé de ello hace tiempo, pero en su momento yo estaba “del lado” de Overwatch, hoy día, me gustaría jugar a Overwatch 2, pero eso no me limita de disfrutar de este juegazo.
No es mi primera vez jugando Paladins, pues hace algunos años lo jugué un poco y fue esa experiencia lo que me hizo cambiar radicalmente mi visión del juego, ahora aquí estoy, finalmente jugando unas partidas en mi pc personal.
Hablando un poco del juego, es un multijugador completamente online donde se enfrentan dos equipos de 5 personajes, los modos de juego pueden ser un típico DeathMatch donde el propósito es hacer kills, Onslaught, donde controlas el centro del mapa mientras te encargas del equipo rival, y Siege, el modo de empujar la carga que todos conocemos, sinceramente a mí me gusta jugar DeathMatch por la simpleza de salir y empezar a dispararle a todo el mundo.
Hay una buena cantidad de personajes que puedes elegir, subdivididos en diferentes tipos según su rol, como siempre ocurre en este tipo de juegos, Kuro suele irse support mientras yo iba a hacer daño puro y duro, nada más, alguien a quien me encanta usar es a Vivian por su poder de fuego y además por tener escudo, pero como no la tenía desbloqueada jugué las primeras partidas con Viktor, el cual es el personaje predilecto si vienes de un juego de disparos más tradicional, su equivalente en Overwatch sería el Soldado 76.
La primera partida la perdimos, luego Kuro tuvo algunos problemas con su juego y yo me quedé jugando mientras él lo solventaba, junto a todo esto, yo no me daba cuenta de que las primeras partidas no se estaban grabando, es la primera vez que utilizo la Xbox Game Bar para grabar y la verdad es muy práctica, pero para la próxima usaré OBS sí o sí, que ya lo usaba para anteriores videos.
Luego que Kuro volvió al juego empezamos a ganar partida tras partida, supongo que el hecho de que yo estuviera empezando a jugar influye un poco en el Matchmaking pues Kuro sí lleva más tiempo con el Paladins, la pasé muy bien y seguramente se repetirá más pronto que tarde, eso sí, un poco a los golpes todo porque salían problemas por todas partes haha.

Revisé un poco tu último post donde ponías tus specs y yo creo que sí te corre, quizá tengas que bajarle un poco los gráficos pero Paladins no es nada exigente, creo que vale la pena intentar, gracias por pasarte.
Nooo por cambiar de pantalla para ver la transmisión de Risha no se grabo en la que jugue con IO jajaja. Fueron buenas partidas hay que seguir jugando. Lo mejor de todo fueron los "avatar" que pusiste cuando hablábamos al principio :D
Fue algo que se me ocurrió sobre la marcha, para darle un poquito más de humor a la cosa, una pena que no se grabaran las primeras partidas 😭

Aquí en SA, pues los servidores de Paladins están desiertos JAJAJA, es muy difícil encontrar partida lamentablemente, pero si que es un juego muy divertido. Especialmente con buenos amigos 🤠.
Mi bro, déjame darte una recomendación. En Geek zone se valora mucho la comunidad, así que es buena idea apoyar y pasarte por el contenido de los demás, para que de esa manera ellos también hagan lo mismo con el tuyo.

Yo ni idea del server, solo puse el juego y a jugar haha, como dices lo mejor es jugar con amigos, igual que LoL, Fortnite y casi casi cualquier juego online.
