No hay nada más saludable para las familias, que crear recuerdos juntos, dejar de vez en cuando a un lado la rutina y salir de nuestras casas a recibir una bocanada de aire fresco, no solo es saludable, es necesario, es algo que necesitamos como familia y como seres individuales que somos. Porque para nadie es un secreto que la rutina diaria puede resultar agotadora.
Hoy estoy feliz, de compartir algunas fotografías de una bonita tarde que pase junto a mi familia, una tarde diferente y divertida, donde logramos disfrutar de unos sitios de mi ciudad que inauguraron hace poco, al mismo tiempo disfrutamos del aire libre, de una buena caminata y de nuestra propia compañía.
Desde hace algunos días, teníamos ganas de llevar a nuestro hijo a un nuevo lugar de máquinas de videojuegos, sabía que a él le iba a encantar, pero el clima nunca estaba a nuestro favor, ya que en mi Estado ha llovido mucho en los últimos días, especialmente por las tardes, este martes, estaba la tarde despejada, a excepción de algunas nubes que se asomaban y opacaban el sol, después de pensarlo por un rato, decidimos salir a caminar y dar un pequeño tour por nuestra ciudad.
Nuestra primera parada fue en un pequeño parque, que está muy cerca de la casa, cada vez que salimos con nuestro hijo, nos detenemos un rato ahí, a mi hijo, le encanta, pero aún siente miedo de hacer algunas cosas por sí solo, llevarlo lo más seguido que podemos, es nuestra forma de animarlo a que vaya perdiendo el miedo poco a poco y a su ritmo. Aquí en realidad, nos quedamos muy poco tiempo alrededor de unos 20 minutos, pero fue un buen rato, los parques siempre son divertidos, en especial si se disfruta en familia.

There is nothing healthier for families than creating memories together, leaving routine aside from time to time and going out of our homes to get a breath of fresh air, it is not only healthy, it is necessary, it is something we need as a family and as the individual beings that we are. Because it's no secret that the daily routine can be exhausting.
Today I am happy to share some pictures of a nice afternoon that I spent with my family, a different and fun afternoon, where we managed to enjoy some places in my city that opened recently, at the same time we enjoyed the outdoors, a good walk and our own company.
Since a few days ago, we wanted to take our son to a new video game machine place, I knew he would love it, but the weather was never in our favor, since in my state it has rained a lot in the last few days, especially in the afternoons, this Tuesday, the afternoon was clear, except for some clouds that peeked out and overshadowed the sun, after thinking about it for a while, we decided to go for a walk and take a little tour around our city.
Our first stop was at a small park, which is very close to the house, every time we go out with our son, we stop there for a while, my son loves it, but he is still afraid to do some things on his own, taking him as often as we can, is our way of encouraging him to lose his fear little by little and at his own pace. Here we actually stayed very little time, about 20 minutes, but it was a good time, the parks are always fun, especially if you enjoy them with your family.
Nuestro siguiente destino en nuestra ruta, era conocer Planeta Kids, un nuevo local de entretenimiento que inauguraron hace poco, ya hacía falta un lugar así, que estuviese cerca de nosotros, a mí me encantan estos sitios, me recuerdan a mi adolescencia, era fanática de los videos juegos, aún lo soy, solo que ya no tengo mucho tiempo libre para ellos y mi esposo, bueno él es un jugador nato y mi hijo está empezando a descubrir este mundo. Me gustó mucho este sitio, porque hay opciones para todas las edades y gustos, es el sitio ideal para pasar un buen rato familiar. Mi hijo disfrutó un montón y nosotros también.
Our next destination on our route was to visit Planeta Kids, a new entertainment place that opened recently, we needed a place like this, that was close to us, I love these places, they remind me of my adolescence, I was a fan of video games, I still am, I just do not have much free time for them and my husband, well he is a born gamer and my son is beginning to discover this world. I really liked this place, because there are options for all ages and tastes, it is the ideal place to have a good family time. My son enjoyed a lot and so did we.

Seguimos nuestra caminata y llegamos a la Plaza Bolívar de Ejido, Estado Mérida, aquí disfrutamos de un rico helado y de la brisa de la tarde, nos tomamos algunas fotos grupales, ya que en todo el recorrido era yo quien estaba siempre detrás de la cámara. Creo que fue uno de los momentos favoritos de esta salida, porque estuvimos hablando un buen rato, olvidándonos un poco de las preocupaciones diarias, fue una conversación bastante positiva y refrescante para nosotros.
We continued our walk and arrived at the Plaza Bolivar in Ejido, Merida State, here we enjoyed a delicious ice cream and the afternoon breeze, we took some group photos, since throughout the tour it was me who was always behind the camera. I think it was one of the favorite moments of this outing, because we were talking for a while, forgetting a little of the daily worries, it was a very positive and refreshing conversation for us.

Después de un rato, seguimos nuestro camino, a uno de nuestros lugares favoritos de comida rápida, nada mejor que terminar esta tarde, con un placer culposo, ya teníamos bastante tiempo sin visitar este sitio. Lo que nos gusta de este local, es que el precio es equitativo con la calidad y la atención, su comida es muy sabrosa, es muy limpio y ordenado y se siente que usan ingredientes frescos y de buena calidad, así que comer en este sitio nos hace sentir más placer y menos culpa en realidad. Nosotros pedimos, una hamburguesa especial de carne y para mi hijo un servicio de papas fritas con salchichas, las disfruto como nunca y nosotros también.
Después de comer rico, ahora teníamos que eliminar todas esas calorías extras y así que regresamos a casa caminando, felices y agradecidos por esta tarde. Días así, me reinician totalmente, me recargan para continuar adelante, para tratar de ser lo mejor que puedo por mí y mi familia, estos momentos, por más sencillos, que sean renuevan la vida y fortalece los lazos familiares.
After a while, we continued on our way to one of our favorite fast food places, nothing better than ending this afternoon with a guilty pleasure, we had not visited this place for a long time. What we like about this place, is that the price is equitable with the quality and attention, their food is very tasty, it is very clean and tidy and you feel that they use fresh and good quality ingredients, so eating at this place makes us feel more pleasure and less guilt actually. We ordered, a special beef burger and for my son a service of fries with sausages, he enjoyed them like never before and so did we.
After eating well, now we had to eliminate all those extra calories and so we walked home, happy and thankful for this afternoon. Days like this, totally reboot me, recharge me to keep going, to try to be the best I can for me and my family, these moments, as simple as they may be, renew life and strengthen family ties.

A veces, nos limitamos un poco y no tratamos de romper la rutina diaria, generalmente por razones económicas, pero en el fondo, son solo excusas, porque siempre se puede disfrutar de una caminata, visitar un parque o una plaza, conectar con la naturaleza o simplemente quedarnos en casa y hacer algo diferente, lo importante es pasar tiempo en familia y que este tiempo sea de calidad.
Los invito, a salir en familia, a realizar actividades recreativas juntos, cada vez que puedan, ya que estos momentos son invaluables y serán nuestros mejores recuerdos en el futuro.
Sometimes, we limit ourselves a little and do not try to break the daily routine, usually for economic reasons, but deep down, they are just excuses, because you can always enjoy a walk, visit a park or a square, connect with nature or just stay at home and do something different, the important thing is to spend time as a family and that this time is of quality.
I invite you, to go out as a family, to do recreational activities together, every time you can, because these moments are priceless and will be our best memories in the future.
